Hi, I'm Katie.

I didn't start painting until I was 36. 

After my life blew up, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I went from stressed-out marketing exec and paralyzed perfectionist to peaceful watercolor and mixed media abstract artist in just a few month through with my daily Peaceful Painting Practice.

Now I've painted every day for two years and it's changed my entire mindset.

My anxiety and worry has decreased. I've learned to coach myself through my inner critic's ugliest moments. Painting has helped me process and express grief, sadness, joy, anxiety, and so many other emotions that I used to numb.

It might be cliché but...if I can do it, you can too.

Known for my approachable, friendly, and welcoming teaching style, in this virtual retreat, you'll feel safe to let go and get into the flow... while you relieve stress and have fun doing it.
